CFRT-PET Prepreg Tape
Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic PET Unidirectional (UD) Prepreg Tape is a sheet-like composite material manufactured by impregnating parallel continuous glass fibers with molten thermoplastic PET resin through an advanced melt impregnation process. The glass fibers are aligned in a single direction to form a high-performance composite structure with excellent physical, mechanical, and chemical properties.
Thickness: 0.15 mm – 0.5 mm
Width: 25 mm – 750 mm
Fiber Type: Continuous glass fiber (Glass fiber content: 40% – 65%)
Color Options: Natural color and black. Other colors can be customized according to customer requirements.
Surface Quality: Uniform fiber distribution with a smooth and flat surface, free from obvious waviness, cracking, dry fiber, or other visible defects.

Lightweight and environmentally friendly with high specific strength, stiffness, and impact resistance. Excellent corrosion, moisture, and chemical resistance. High surface polarity enables easy bonding. Flexible with the ability for circumferential bending. Suitable for thermoforming, hot pressing, lamination, cutting, and bonding. Low VOC, formaldehyde-free, recyclable, and eco-friendly.
Widely used in thermoplastic composite reinforcement and structural materials. The tape can be laminated into composite panels, directly bonded with PET foam through hot-melt lamination, or combined with metal materials such as color-coated steel sheets and aluminum panels. It is suitable for automotive lightweight parts, construction panels, transportation structures, and other reinforced composite applications.
